Fact Enterprise Ltd. is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified Company, listed in Bombay Stock Exchange. In the year 2005 Mr. Rajiv Kashyap, the Managing Director of Krishna Group of Companies acquired Facts Securities Ltd. Later on the name of the company was changed to Fact Enterprise Ltd. and the objects of the company were amended to include the activities of property development / construction and media. Merril Lynch Capital Markets ESPANA SA SV has purchased 9.25% shares from open market in our Company.

Fact Enterprise Ltd. has undertaken several big and prestigious projects in and around Mumbai and has been successful in earning fair return. The Company has achieved a growth of 79.02% in turnover, 83% in gross profit and 100% growth in net profit in the financial year 2006-07 against its previous years. The success of the Company is based on three factors i.e. quality, cost and time. The Company has occupied highly qualified and experienced construction management professionals, engineers and architects, project management consultant and other required professionals. It offers a unique perspective to its clients on how to implement proven strategies that address the challenges of balancing scope, time, cost, quality and risk on major building programs.
