It is the policy of the company to give double bonus in a year to all the employees who have completed six months of service. The company also awards extra bonus according to performance, commitment and efficiency.
Since the company keeps on coming up with new IPOs (Public Issues), it is also included in our policy to allot preferential shares to its employees at a discounted rate.
We also have a Savings scheme for employees in which 10% of their basic salaries for Six months of service are deposited in an employees’ welfare account which would be utilized for purchasing shares thereby increasing their investments manifold.
