Mahurat of new comedy show 'Lara Lappa'. A brand new show is yet again set to be launched on DD1 that boasts of an exciting host of talented actors and interesting storyline. Rajiv Kashyap, Chairman and Managing Director of Fact Enterprise Ltd .is the man behind the new venture and takes great pride in introducing the new comedy show on television by the name Lara Lappa. The mahurat took place on Wednesday had Amar Upadhyay doing the Mahurat clap. An extravagant and lavish set was made to celebrate the occasion of Dhanteras which fell on the same day. The title is said to be inspired from the famous song by the same name and is directed by Jatin Kumar. This slapstick comedy includes a cast of Anang Desai, Kunickaa Sadanand Lall, Ali Asgar, Rakesh Paul, Smita Bhansal, Payal Shrivastav, Meenaxi Jadav( marathi heroine), Ratan Vaishney, Sudhesh Beri and junior Nana Patekar . This show also marks the comeback of actress Kunickaa Sadanand Lall after two years where she was last seen in Sapne Saajan Ke and K Street Palli Hill. 'I have a flair for comedy and besides I know the director quite well. I have done a movie as well as a serial with him. Moreover, this show has a scope of doing wacky things within realistic limits.'
